Distance between Sun Island Resort and Male International Airport is 107 KMs and that takes about 20 minutes. People can also opt for seaplane which is a 30 minute flight to Nalaguraidhoo Island. Sun Island measuring about 1.6 km in length and around 440 meters in width has 462 elegantly furnished guestrooms, including 72 water bungalows, out of which, 4 are Presidential Suites, 30 Sunset Villas, 218 Superior Beach Bungalows, 106 Standard Beach Bungalows and 36 Sun Villas.
The best place to unwind and get lost into another world, into the water world. One must try the deep sea dive or atleast snorkelling to see the water world. Its so beautiful that any camera cant catch its beauty. Its so peaceful to see the school of fishes and various water animals. One can just relax or if anyone interested in water sports can enjoy those. A minimum of 3 days is required to stay in such beautiful island.

With white sandy beaches and turquoise waters, Maldives is a dream destination for anyone. It is also a pretty pricey destination, so to many, it's a once in a life time trip too. ...
